How does profile verification work?

Every new account must verify their email address via a confirmation code. Our moderation team also reviews profiles and photos to ensure authenticity. Users can report suspicious behaviour as well.

Are my photos secure?

Absolutely. You have full control over your photo visibility. You can make them public, blur them for non-matches, or make them visible only to your matches. Your photos are never shared outside the app.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. Deletion is permanent and results in the complete erasure of all your personal data, in compliance with GDPR.

Is the app available on iOS?

ZemZem is currently available on Android via the Google Play Store. The iOS version for iPhone and iPad is under development and will be available soon.
